For certification bodies (STB ISO/IEC 17021-2-2018)

The State Standard of the Republic of Belarus STB ISO/IEC 17021-2-2018 «Conformity assessment - Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems - Part 2: Competence requirements for auditing and certification of environmental management systems » is introduced on 30.06.2018, following the Decision of Gosstandart No. 5 published on 05.02.2018 . This standard is identical to the international standard ISO/IEC 17021-2:2016, IDT.

The period and the procedure on transition to STB ISO/IEC 17021-2-2018 (ISO/IEC 17021-2: 2016, IDT) is set out in the Policy, approved at the meeting of Technical Committee of BSCA No. 8 ( Minutes dated on 29.06.2018).
